Returns/Warranty  Make sure when you get your products in that you do fill out the warranty card and send it off. Only items with manufacturer defects will be considered and sent back to the main distributor for warranty/repair work. All returns must have a return authorization (RA) number. Please call before you return any item to obtain a return authorization number. You must place the return authorization number clearly on your return label. All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment to be considered. ANY RETURN THAT DOES NOT HAVE A (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) OR IF YOU HAVE NOT FILLED OUT YOUR WARRANTY CARD AND SENT IN WILL BE REFUSED. All authorized returns will be repaired or replaced at the discretion authorized repair center.
